What is the warranty policy after I move in?
Prior to your possession we are busy completing the final touches. A few days prior to your official possession day you will be asked to do a home owners orientation of your home. We will show you through your home and present you with a binder. This contains all of your home manuals, home owners maintanace guide, emergency contact numbers, and all the information on your home. If you ever sell your home, the binder should stay with it.
When your home is one year old you may send a one year service request into us via fax 403-347-8447 or email. The form itself is in that binder we talked about earlier. If there is any warranty items to be dealt with we will schedule a service call and take care of any warranty issues. Of course, access must be provided in order for this to occur.
