This was an amazing experience working with Riser Homes. We were referred by brother & sister-in-law who also had purchased a Riser home almost two years ago. We had an excellent relationship from the Owner to the Sales to Site Manager. The builder worked with us as we sold our existing home and also allowed us to make some changes on the new home while nearing completion. The team is very hands on, they keep in touch with you, very personable, and very driven to ensure customer satisfaction. We moved 10 times in 30+ years and always new builds, but this relationship has been the best by far.
We've been in for 2 weeks and love our home, I couldn't wait and added some colour to the kitchen area, (more colour to come for the other rooms) feels like home. Added a nice ceramic tile for bathroom which I think feels rich coming off the hardwood floor.
Grading is already underway outside, should be able to get some nice outdoor time in and hopefully have all outdoor things completed before fall and next year it's enjoy the outdoors.
This is a home not a house. The difference is - house is where you live, a home is a place you belong.
